For immediate release: (Los Angeles and Amsterdam) August 17, 2009 Holland’s hottest rap sensation, Lord of Chaos (L.O.C.) is taking over the world with the release of his eagerly anticipated new album “Remain.G“. The album features the hit single “Dues Paid” a collaboration with rap icon B Real of Cypress Hill, already blowing up European radio, including Holland’s KinkFM.
Lord of Chaos represents the new generation of rap artists, although born and raised in Rotterdam Holland, he grew up listening to the sounds of Herbie Hancock, Grand Master Flash, Afrika Bambatta and other legendary rap pioneers. He also experienced the discrimination and racism many Americans feel, as a black man growing up in the white world and society of Holland. L.O.C. was hand picked by hip hop legend B Real to be a part of B’s Harvest new artist compilation. This led to a collaboration with B Real at his Los Angeles studio, and a distribution deal with Latin Thug Music for his album.
The release is being celebrated in Amsterdam, Netherlands on August 17 at the famous Melkweg Club, with a live concert featuring B Real of Cypress Hill and Psycho Realm, along with Xzibit’s new collaborator Young De.
The album is available on Latin Thug Records August 17 on itunes, amazon and all digital services with a CD release planned for November 2009.
